Your Home Isn't Alone
Anchorage winters are hard on an empty house. While you're away, our team visits every week to check the heat, water, vents and security and look for any visible damage. You get a photo report after each visit, and we add extra checks during cold snaps and storms. If something needs a repair, we arrange a licensed contractor only with your approval.
Before you return, we turn the heat up and have the house fresh and ready.

If anything isn't right, let us know within 24 hours of a visit. We'll come back within one business day and make it right, free.

If you feel the membership isn't worth it, tell us in writing before day 60. We'll refund the difference between what you paid and our regular cleaning price for the same visits, and you're free to cancel.

Where do you offer the membership?
Homes in Anchorage and Eagle River.
What does it cost?
$2,500/month for homes up to 3,000 sq ft and $2,900/month for 3,000 to 4,500 sq ft. Larger homes are quoted after a walkthrough. Founding members pay $2,200/month, locked for 12 months (homes up to 3,000 sq ft).
What happens while I'm away?
Weekly home checks replace your weekly clean. We check heat, water, vents, security and visible damage, add extra visits during cold snaps and storms, and send a photo report after each visit. Checks are visual, not home inspections, and any repair is arranged with a licensed contractor only with your approval.
Do I have to use the laundry service?
No. It's there if you'd like it: up to 2 loads per visit, or linens only.
Who will be in my home?
The same dedicated pro cleaners every visit. Our team is background-checked and our company is fully insured. Keys and alarm codes are stored securely and never labeled with your address.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Your membership agreement sets the minimum term and notice period. We'll walk you through it at your walkthrough before you sign anything.
